Context

Solve aidge#138 (closed)

Fix warnings appearing in release mode because of inline functions too big to be properly inlined.

Detailed major modifications

Move clone, constructor, copy constructor and other custom constructor or long member function from header to source of each operator.

Move creation function at the end of each Operator file to src.
