Upd: Tensor operators and fmt display

- add compound assignment operator (+=, -=, *=, /=) with Tensor and arithmetic values
- add operator(+, -, *, /) with arithmetic values
- add friend symetric operator (+, -, *) with arithmetic values
- add fmt parsing function
