Backend CUDA doesn't use registrar

Current backend CUDA doesn't use registrar system but switch case: https://gitlab.eclipse.org/eclipse/aidge/aidge_backend_cuda/-/blob/dev/src/operator/FCImpl.cpp?ref_type=heads#L38-49

This was mostly due to an error when compiling static attribute with NVCC: aidge_core#87 (closed)
