Add selection mechanism in graph

See aidge_core!332 (merged).

This MR adds an optional dependency of aidge_backend_cpu to OpenSSL, necessary for the implementation of operator CryptoHash. If OpenSSL is not detected, the operator implementation simply won't be available.
