Changes to tests_backend_cpu binary size
As a result of related changes, the binary size was updated from 8'744'248 Bytes to 7'571'400 bytes.
That's more than a 13% decrease.
Moreover, compilation time seems to have droped from 15m'40s to 13m'50s for the CI job build:ubuntu_cpp.
