Ui parameters

• Update tutorials: see aidge_core!145 (merged)
• add some bash files to clean:
  • aidge pip packages (run ./clean_pip.sh)
  • the many aidge mmd graphs (run ./clean_graphs.sh)
  • both cpp and python build directories (run ./clean_builds.sh)
  • clean everything at once (run ./clean_all.sh)
• Update submodules
