Add requirements of the bundle in the setup.py

With this MR, the requirements of the bundle are automatically installed with the 'pip install .'

This will fix several issues :

• No module found 'matplot_lib' for the 'load_and_run' aidge tutorial #42 (closed)
• cmake version issues
