Support for aidge_model_explorer v0.0.1

Context

• Update Binder directory to account for the new version of the aidge_model_explorer package (v0.0.1).
• Applied minor improvements in the notebooks.

• Set option embed=True in aidge_model_explorer.visualize();
• Adapt tuto_utils.visualize_mmd() to better render bigger images;
• Remove patched_visualize.py and patched_visualize.py from .binder folder;
• Remove lines in Dockerfile that applies these patches to the package.
• Make sure the URL of Binder badge inside the 101 notebook points to dev and not fix_update_tutorials branch
