Quantization tutorial is broken

When running the quantization tutorial we get an error

[FATAL] - Producer is constant, cannot update output.

Issue is that the tutorial use a Producer as an input and the PTQ method set all producers to constant.

I fixed it by removing the input producer (see commit !85 (2b6ea536)) however it is still a valid issue, I created aidge_quantization#77 to track it!
