I created a new program plan folder, following the schema in other WGs and in the steering committee
I moved the marketing plan 2022 draft folder with the different drafts to this new folder.
Now the latest draft should be inside the folder and not outside, like the final version should be. I will fix it after the coming Oniro WG Marketing Committee so the participants do not get a 404 when they click the already provided link
