change Get involved link to reference to projects page

It's currently hard for users to discover the AsciiDoc Language project from asciidoc.org. I think if we link to the projects page, it makes it more discoverable. It's also more actionable if we want to encourage people to get involved. Going to the WG home page is too vague.
