Use a list-group (Bootstrap)

I had trouble figuring out that the sidebar was a list of buttons with an active item. This new design requires less HTML elements and hopefully easier to understand.

Since Solstice theme relies on Bootstrap, I decided to use: https://getbootstrap.com/docs/5.0/components/list-group/#active-items
