Autogenerated bridge names would sometimes not work at all, just because the names weren't compliant. Made a digest function to make unique bridge names but compliant with the linux interfaces api

Ubuntu latest pointed to v24, which has issues with some packages. changed to v22.

- interface to talk wit hthe ned grpc api.
- ned can now be deployed in the desired node with the corresponding ip address
- added comments to the pod controller and fixed bugs, corresponding to the ned creation

This new image has differences with the previous l2sm-switch

So it can be better reused between the l2sm-switch and the l2sm-ned

Now its returned the interface number instead of openflow id, which will work better from the ned interface side. Added the main server code
