Copy packages from QoS Scheduler providing types for Scheduler’s custom
resources. This is a workaround allowing to easily change those types by
updating the packages. The workaround can be removed when Scheduler’s
repository is restructured to support importing.

Add a test to the controller’s test suite verifying that a workload’s
node recommendations can be written and read by the controller.
