Equinusocio's Material Theme removed from VSCode Store

Multiple users reported it to the security ML.

Equinusocio's Material Theme has been removed from the VSCode store as it seems that the original author has obfuscated the code and added much suspicious code. And changed the license.

The version that we have in OpenVSX comes from before those changes, and it looks unobfuscated (I have checked parts of the source, not the whole of it).

However, we might want to block it or at least add a warning note.
