1. Add Javascript option to export menu.

The first step of development is to add the new Javascript export option in the UI, similar to the already existing Java/C/Simulink implementations.

• What about ToolDef, will we also need a ToolDef tag for automatically generating Javascript exports?

• ToolDef tag for export is basically just an extension (re-use) of the feature added to the export options menu, so minimal effort to add. Have created a separate ticket for this.
