[BUG] <title> Missing file during Doc building

Is there an existing CVA6 bug for this?

Bug Description

while doc building of '06_cv64a6_mmu' it looks for a package '/core/include/cv64a6_mmu_config_pkg.sv' which is placed inside the deprecated_packages and yet the doc building requires it.
