[Issue] gzip version problem while building

Is there an existing CVA6-SDK task for this?

Task Description

when I run,

make images

The build is break because of gzip latest version 1.5 due to deprecation of -k flag.

Description of Done

I think, we should correct that or mention it will work with gzip 1.13
