Confirm compatibility with Clang/LLVM

In theory, everything that compiles with GCC should compile with Clang, but there are occasionally edge cases where this isn't the case. Before upstreaming tests to riscv-arch-test, we should make sure everything compiles successfully when using Clang as the compiler instead of GCC.
