F extension testing shortcomings

Hazards are written at the start of files like fsub.s which lead to useless results with uninitialized registers

Signatures show many quite nan's or zeros, which do not seem like useful tests

With the frtype instructions, signitures are ending with no canary for mine but not Marinas
