Endian tests missing atomic and floating point accesses

The endian tests test standard loads and stores, but amos and lr/sc should also be impacted by endianness and aren’t covered right now. This requires changes to the testplans, coverpoints, and tests. It probably makes sense to have this be a separate test so that implementations without A still work with the endianness tests.
