Add signatures to custom align tests related to pr #581

Alhyssa has created files inside of templates/testgen: lb.S, blu.S, lh.S, lhu.S, lw.S, lwu.S, sb.S, sh.S, sw.S and Testgen pastes the custome tests in with makecustom

Add signatures to custom and make sure we place again the signatrue in x3.
