[TASK] Incorporate Architectural Compliance Tests (ACT4.0) into a CVE2 testbench

Task Description

The RISC-V International Certification Steering Committee is evaluating a set of "Architectural Compliance Tests" called ACT4.0 developed by the CV-Wally team. The purpose of this task is to build a testbench for the CVE2 that supports the ACTs and run these tests against the CV32E20 configuration.

Description of Done

• Testbench for the CVE2 that supports ACT4.0
  • this testbench must support the RVMODEL macros utilised by the ACTs.
• ACT4.0 Configuration file for the CV32E20.
• Successful execution of all ACTs on the CV32E20 configuration of CVE2.
