[TASK] Clean-up documentation to align with CVE2 Project Concept

Task Description

There are several features in the documentation that refer to Ibex features that are not part of the Project-Concept-for-CV32E20. For example, PMP is a "Potential future design enhancement" that is not part of the CV32E20 effort, yet it is documented as if the feature is support.

Description of Done

This task is complete when:

• A list of all Features in the User docs is cross-referenced against the Project Concept for CV32E20.
• The CVE2 User docs are updated to match the Project Concept.
