don't list contributors on project page

@eclipsewebmaster I don't see the value in listing the Contributors on this page. There are many contributors, but only those who needed triage access were put on that list. The contributor list obscures the committer list.

In my view it is better to list just the committers. @MikeOpenHWGroup @jquevremont any thoughts?
