Please add the Speaker Guide to the OSDForum website

https://www.osdforum.org/ Please add the attached PDF to the website so that speakers can read it (and download it if they wish), and put the URL here so I can send that to the speakers.

Also, it might be useful to also add a button that says "Speaker Guide" somewhere on the page. Perhaps in the agenda section, at the bottom?
