VCS simulations fail

After #836, all VCS simulations fail with the error

Error-[URMI] Unresolved modules
/home/jcarlin/cvw/src/generic/mem/ram2p1r1wbe_2048x64.sv, 46
"TSDN28HPCPA2048X64MMFW sramIP(.CLKA, .CLKB, .CEBA, .CEBB, .WEBA, .WEBB, .AA, .AB, .DA, .DB, .BWEBA, .BWEBB, .QA, .QB);"
  Module definition of above instance is not found in the design.

#836 renamed ram2p1r1wbe_512x64.sv to ram2p1r1wbe_2048x64.sv, which is likely the cause of this issue
