[BUG] sfence.vma instruction

Is there an existing CVA6 bug for this?

Bug Description

Hello, As the sfence.vma is a supervisor instruction, it should be treated as an illegal instruction, if the supervisor mode isn't supported, and this is the case with the CV32A60X , but it doesn't raised an illegal exception.

so to reproduce the Bug you only need to create a test with a sfence.vma
