RVFI - Should single step be considered synchronous (debug) trap?

• Should 'debug handler entry due to single step' also cause rvfi_trap = 1 on the instruction that is being stepped in 'Table 14 Table of synchronous trap types' of https://cv32e40s-user-manual.readthedocs.io/en/latest/rvfi.html#compatibility
• Typo: Table 15 mentions 'NMAs'. Can this be fixed into NMIs`?
