In the Oniro CC-BY-4.0 is used for graphical assets. While these files
are technically C code files they have been generated from the actual
graphical assets. Given they are merely a different representation of
the same origin license them also under CC-BY-4.0.

With this commit the project has reached full reuse compliance.
