### Oniro calendar management

The Oniro Calendar, like any EF calendar, is managed through Google. Given how these calendars are configured, only using EF mail accounts can the calendar or events be managed. Several people at EF have been added to do so, @toscalix and Sebastien among them. In addition, Committees and PMC representatives plus other core people has been added to the list of people who can change events configurations (not calendar).
