### Goal
|

The goal of this meeting is twofold:
|
|
|
|
* Provide an update/report of the progress within the different areas of the project.
|
|
|
|
* Main topics that have been discussed during the closing quarter.
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
As secondary goal, the meeting should provide a hint about the focus areas for the coming quarter.

### Target audience

The target audience is the following, in order of priority:

1. Oniro ecosystem and project members unfamiliar with all the aspects of the project.
|

1. Potential contributors to Oniro

1. Potential new Oniro member representatives
|
|
|
|
1. Project lead and contributors from other open source projects that might be interested in Oniro.

* INcrease the event length to 120 minutes instead of 90

Important information about the slides:
|
|
|
|
* The organisers will provide a template for the slides
|
|
|
|
* Each speaker will bring up their own slides (share screen) to minimise the organization effort.
|
|
|
|
* A placeholder for all the slides will be provided so speakers provide the slides through MRs.
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
|
The meeting will be recorded. Please do/check the following:
|
|
|
|
* Check what is seen on your video projection.
|
|
|
|
* You have a good audio and video experience. Test it in advance!
|
|
|
|
* Talk slow and clear. Most participants are non-english speakers.
|
|
|
|
* Stay the entire event or name a delegate. Question might arise at any timne, there are several Q&A slots. |
