Create a base64-encoded logo for Open VSX

I'd like to reuse the error page that was designed for the sorry server on nginx for various purposes. One of them is to provide a friendly message to indicate that some limits or thresholds have been increased. While this works great on EF sites, I would like for the Open VSX error page to have the open vsx logo. Can I have it in base64 encoding please?
