Small changes to the "Get Listed" page

The Sparkplug specification project team provided missing information that must be reflected on the "Get Listed" page.

Change 1

Current text:

Listing requests will be managed through a public GitHub repository.

New text:

Listing requests are managed through the Sparkplug Listings public repository on GitHub.

Change 2

Current text:

To initiate a request, you need to create a GitHub issue against the repository using the “Sparkplug compatible product” issue template. Running the TCK against a product will produce a report file. You need to expose this file on the Internet and provide the URL in your listing request.

New text:

To initiate a request, you must create a GitHub issue against the repository using the “Get Listed” issue template. Running the TCK against a product will produce a report file. You must expose this file on the Internet and provide the URL in your listing request.

In parallel, you must email a copy of the report file to tck@eclipse.org. Please specify "Sparkplug TCK test results" in the subject line.

Change 3

Remove the "Get Listed" issue template from this website repository. The spec project committers are using a different repository (referenced above) to manages the "get listed" issues.
