PMI Other Links ignored

The PMI offers an "Other links" facility under "Links and Documentation". This appears to be a waste of space since it is not visible anywhere.

(I was trying to create a link to https://archive.eclipse.org/archived_projects/emf-facet.tgz . Perhaps tgz is the problem.)
