Committers are not able to add new tags

Summary

For the SDV Working Group we are hosting a SDV Project Landscape, what is automatically generating a SDV Landscape overview out of the information we get from the official projects API.

Currently we configuring the categorizations with a static file: https://github.com/chheis/eclipse-sdv-projects-landscape2/blob/main/static_categories.yml

To get rid of this static file we like to have tags in the PMI page, e.g. at Eclipse Leda

I need to have the tag: "Distributions" there.

So the request would be to have all categories as tags available, that all projects can use them. As we are filtering upfront to SDV Working group associated projects, no other projects will be loaded.

Could you please add those tags:

Deployment
Distributions
RTOS
Example Applications
Communication Protocols
Service Mesh
Digital Twin
Runtime and Orchestration => maybe mapped with "orchestration" tag
AI
Middleware & Frameworks
Process & Frameworks
Testing & Validation

Hint: I know it sounds odd to have those tags exactly written like that, but if you are looking in the Landscape these tags are the sub-categories. If there are tags I have to use instead, I need to implement a mapping (what is possible, but what would need extra effort)
