Slow PMI Release Creation, Missing Release Deletion

Yesterday I attempted to create the QVTo 2026-03 2.11.2 release and noticed that the 2025-12 2.11.1 release was missing. (Probably my fault.)

I therefore created the 2025-12 2.11.1 release.

I then created the 2026-03 2.11.2 but it was not listed.

So I created the 2026-03 2.11.2 release again; still not listed.

Today I see that two copies of 2026-03 2.11.2 are listed.

So problem 1, why is the release list update so slow as to allow two to be created?

Today I tried to delete one of the two 2026-03 2.11.2 entries, but this does not seem to be an option, so I changed the release date to 2050.

Why no "Delete" for future releases?

Feel free to eliminate the 2050 release.
