Use Bitergia data for Active Member Companies

We display the logos of the active member companies on the "Who's Involved" page of the PMI. The data that drives the population if this comes from the "Classic Dashboard" process, which will be retired at the end of 2026. We need an alternative source.

The first and most important question is... do we still need this? I believe that the answer is "yes". We get asked about the logos and folks seem to noticed when they're missing.

Since we're using Bitergia data to populate the other charts (see #350), it makes sense to me that we use that data to display member company activity.

The conditions for a logo to be included on a PMI page are described in the handbook

On a per-project basis:

  • The company must be a member of the Eclipse Foundation;
  • The company needs to have their logo uploaded to the Eclipse Foundation Member Portal; and
  • An employee of the company has authored a commit in the last three months that’s been merged into a project repository.

In the original implementation of this feature, we randomised the order of the company logos. I'm not sure whether or not this is still true, but doing so is a nice-to-have.
