Consider applying some sort of special treatment for historical committers to avoid confusion

The committer list for some projects is quite lengthy. As one scrolls through the list, or searches for specific names, it's easy in some cases to lose context and mistake, for example, historical committers for committers.

This is especially true when the list is long enough that the section title scrolls off the top. When I'm looking at a long list of committers, I have to continuously scroll back to look at the section header to make sure that I'm sure of role.

Let's investigate options for a visual treatment that distinguishes historical committers from committers. Perhaps we can grey out their pictures? Perhaps we can keep the header on the screen while we scroll through the section?
