Request: improve design of projects "Who" page

Summary

Unter the "Who's involved" tab of a project is a long list of people. Project Leads, Committers, Contributors etc. However those Headings are too small compared to the actual list of people. This has repeatedly caused confusion as people miss the "Contributor" Heading which is hidden somewhere in the middle.

Steps to reproduce

Go to https://projects.eclipse.org/projects/automotive.score/who and scroll through the page.

What is the current bug behavior?

Readers assume the page contains only Project Leads and Committers, and all those people are Comitters.

What is the expected correct behavior?

Clear separation of Committers and Contributors.
