Deploy 3 new API endpoints to serve download data for chart visualizations

Develop and expose three separate endpoints that serve download data coming from the data that was gathered in the new database.

List of endpoints to create:

• Project Daily cumulative
• Previous day by country cummulative
• Previous day downloads for all files
