Enable sorting by creation date for projects

In speaking with Biturgia for an integration project, a point was brought up that we don't currently allow for sorting by creation date in projects. This would make a great feature, not just for an integrator like Biturgia, but also on the websites where we could shout out the newest project associated with a working group, or new projects in general to give some sort of way for users to discover these projects more easily.
