Validation rule too strict when editing PMI data

There is a validation rule for the description field in Communications | Forums which complains if the data is longer than 128 chars.

Some project currently have a description that is longer, for example https://projects.eclipse.org/projects/tools.datatools

The data seems to be correctly displayed, but when trying to save the PMI content, the validation error appears forcing you to truncate the description before making any changes.
