Proposal to allow links to eclipse chat in project "contact us" section

Use case

As a viewer (consumer or contributor) of an eclipse project like https://projects.eclipse.org/projects/dt.esmf I expect to find all contact channels in the "contact us" section along with its purpose so that I can choose the best channel for my desired contact to the maintainers.

current situation

Currently as a committer in a project, it is not possible to provide this.

The edit area does have a "communication" section (minor finding: This should be named like the tab "contact us" for clarity). However, its subsections only allow specified contacts like dev/project mailing list and forum.

(currently not so convenient) Workaround

As a workaround I have used the project links instead, which works. However, the contact us section will be looked at, so having a subset there may be misleading. Therefore I wanted to "forward" ppl with a description. Not that easy, descriptions can only go along regular entries, so I had to abuse the esmf-dev mailing list entry for the remark "Please go to PROJECT LINKS on the right hand side for all contact channels that we offer"
