Subscription to project page doesn't show what has changed in email

Register onto a project page like https://projects.eclipse.org/projects/automotive.tractusx to "Email Notifications" will lead to getting "Subscriptions Digest for " without any information on what has changed.

• Register on a project page "Email Notification" https://projects.eclipse.org/projects/automotive.tractusx
• Wait until you get emails

What is the current bug behavior?

I'm getting regularly 'Subscription Digest' emails multiply times but nothing in the email tells me what has changed.

What is the expected correct behavior?

The email should show more than just the Project Description.
