OSGi Website Improvements Project - General points

Some general points we talked about in last meeting: A section where we introduce with a few words what Specs are and what they are for (short description) + a link to useful other associated specs e.g. Config Admin → DS and Configurator

Maybe someone has an idea where to put this?
