Updates to ORC homepage and page animations

We'd like to make a big impact with this page and elevate its design and feel. With this in mind, we've updated the design, which can be found in this figma: https://www.figma.com/design/FhkN7R9dH3xOJotpFakMOc/OCR-website?node-id=2-2&t=O18rMocTbrfKRCrz-1 I have also made a number of comments in the figma about potential subtle animations to enhance the page movement. Please note: we'd like to change the font on the entire site to Inter (font here)
