[Bug 469998] Inconsistent badge presentation

Description

I have encountered two badges on solution entries (Member Company and Eclipse Project). The two aren't consistently presented. One is a little flag in the corner. The other is a big box next to the project name. All badges should be consistently presented.

I personally prefer the little flag in the corner UI as it's visible, but not obtrusive, unlike the big and bold Eclipse Project box right next to the solution name. Note that the flag UI has an issue as it's difficult to tell what the badge is. I eventually figured out that it signifies that the solution is provided by a member company. The badges should have a tooltip to explain their purpose.
