Summary

How long should a contributor expect to wait for the moderation of a new marketplace listing?

How best should contributors communicate with the folks who do the moderation?

I ask because this is the second time in the past few months that someone has expressed concerns over the delays in the processing time. In this case the following discussion was started on the Oomph's discussions:

Steps to reproduce

Open a new marketplace listing.

What is the current bug behavior?

Wait for an arbitrarily long time with no clear communication channel through which to inquire about status.

What is the expected correct behavior?

A delay of several days, at most a business week with support for a communication channel.
