Remove SmartHome (Post Launch Task)

I had a discussion this week with @fdesbiens about testing the IoT Market in Drupal 9 to ensure that everything is working as expected. We concluded that the Eclipse IoT > SmartHome category is no longer needed.

We have approval for removing it from our sites.

@theodoreb What's your preference? Should we remove it in Drupal 9 or take it off now in Drupal 7 to avoid migrating the data in D9? I'm open to either approach, but please inform us of your plans before getting started.
